God has blessed Vansant Baptist Church with a wonderful
facility that can be used to spread the word of God, spend time in
fellowship and share life’s lessons. Vansant Baptist Church desires
to offer the Avenue to our community free of charge so they also can
enjoy God’s Blessings.
The following general guidelines are for anyone desiring to use
the Avenue:
The Avenue consists of the Gym, Balcony, Kitchen, Hallway and
Bathrooms. All other rooms of the Church are for Church use only.
All activities must be scheduled in advance by contacting the Church
Secretary. Only scheduling made through the Church Secretary will
be honored.
Church functions will take priority over Non-Church functions and
scheduling will be on Church need basis.
Non-Church functions will be scheduled on a first come basis.
Unlocking/opening and locking/closing of the Avenue must be
coordinated with the Church Secretary or Church Member and the
Secretary must be informed of what Church Member will be
responsible.
The Avenue is not available for Non-Church use during regular
scheduled Church meetings.
The Avenue is a non-alcohol smoke free facility.
The use agreement must be signed and submitted to the Church
Secretary before it is placed on the Avenue use schedule.
